By enrolling in a Sozim programme aligned to the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO), you acknowledge and consent that:
- Your personal information (including identification details, contact information, academic records, and assessment results) will be collected and processed for purposes related to learner registration, training delivery, assessment, moderation, certification, and reporting.
- Your information may be shared with relevant regulatory and quality assurance bodies, including the QCTO, relevant Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs), and accredited partners, where required for compliance and certification.
- Your personal information will be stored securely and handled with strict confidentiality, in line with applicable data protection standards.
- You have the right to access, update, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and regulatory requirements applicable to education and training records.
- Your personal information will not be used for any unrelated purposes without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
Sozim takes all reasonable measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration.
